Professor Mine Karatas-Ozkan holds a Chair in Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Southampton Business School. Her research focuses on social and diversity dimensions of entrepreneurship with implications for social inclusiveness; and developing entrepreneurial ecosystems that bridge the gap between social welfare logic and enterprise logic in emerging markets. She has led various funded projects with international teams in these areas. Her work is empirically grounded and underpinned by the values of equality, inclusion and meaningful scholarship. She serves as an Associate Editor of the European Management Review; and she is a Chair of the EURAM Doctoral Colloquium.
