Alessandro Zattoni is professor of strategy and governance and Director of the Business and Management Department at LUISS University in Rome, Italy. He got his Bachelor and PhD from Bocconi University, Milan. He was visiting scholar at Wharton – University of Pennsylvania, QUT – Queensland University of Technology and WIAS – Waseda Institute for Advanced Studies. His research interests focus on corporate governance, with a particular focus on boards of directors, governance codes, and comparative corporate governance. He is the co-EIC of Corporate Governance: An International Review and a member of the ERB of Journal of Management Studies. He won several teaching and research award. He has been the Chair of the Corporate Governance SIG and the Italian national representative at EURAM.
